ACS to close on February 24 and 27

American Citizen Services Unit will be closed to the public on Friday, February 24 and Monday, February 27.   We will re-open on February 29.   Emergency services will be available during these two days.

Due to high customer demand, all routine services at AIT Taipei and Kaohsiung American Citizen Services office are by appointment only using our online scheduling system.

Services for the Handicapped and the Elderly: AIT Taipei's Consular Section is in a three-story building without an elevator. The American Citizens Services Unit is located on the second floor. If you are unable to climb stairs please have your escort come to the second floor to check in for your appointment. If you are alone, use the telephone at the bottom of the stairs to call the second floor and arrange to be served downstairs.
