Cosmetic contact lenses that make the iris appear larger or smaller are not acceptable in passport photos.

New Requirement: Starting November 1, 2016, eye glasses will no longer be allowed in passport photos.

All services requiring a personal appearance in Taipei and Kaohsiung are by appointment only. Appointments must be made online. Please follow the links below.
